Lubricating grease used in sliding parts of food manufacturing and processing facilities or household appliances, such as refrigerators, water purifiers, and vacuum ovens, needs to use raw materials safe to human health and meet international food grade requirements.
Lubricating grease used in food manufacturing and processing facilities, home appliances, etc. has to be colorless, tasteless and odorless and free of RoHS (six major heavy metals, PBB and PBDE), and maintain high lubricating performance over a wide operating temperature range from low to high temperatures.
In addition, NSF approval is required, which is a stringent food grade requirement.
